Pamela L. Ziss, PhD

Pamela received her BA and MA in Communication from Cleveland State University and her MBA from Weatherhead at Case Western Reserve. She earned her PhD from Capella University.
Pamela has worked for AT&T, Cleveland Clinic, The MetroHealth System and other organizations as an Organizational and Talent Development leader with exceptional experience in strategic organizational culture change, performance management, coaching, and training delivery and development initiatives. Her most recent work is in coaching and consulting for resilience using Havening Techniques® and other modalities for calm, peace, and agility. Pamela serves on the board of the newly created Smile with Heart Foundation. She currently resides in Independence, Ohio.
